โBeds were comfortable. Restaurant across parking lot was fantastic! Pool could be warmer and felt really dirty around the deck but decent in the actual pool. Staff were friendly and breakfast was fantastic! โ
โThe room was spacious, newly renovated. Nice walk in shower, bed was comfortable pillow was just so so. Rooftop bar was very nice! The area is very walkable which is why we chose this hotel. Only negative was the instruction for parking, that could use improvements. Would definitely recommend!โ
โThe room was clean like new one. Crew are fine and nice, breakfast was simple but good. Fireplce in the patio was nice. One thing is sound of the road is little bit loud.โ
โWe really enjoyed our stay at the castle; it worked out very well for our family of nine. It was so nice to have the laundry there and the view was great with it being on the 11th floor. Sleeping arrangements worked well and having 2 bathrooms was so convenient. There was an issue with the lock/doorknob upon arrival and Mitten was very attentive, even sending a maintenance worker to help solve the problem later at night. We would for sure consider staying again the next time we are in Michigan.โ
โI was in there for 7 nights and the hotel is great! just one thing except that the room doesn't have minibar ; It makes me uncomfortable, but except that, everything is ok :)โ
โCame for a quick weekend trip, never been to GR. Immediately after checking in, checked out of hotel due uncleanliness and unsanitary conditions. The soap was already used, ceilings on table, microwave was dirty, the bed had yellow stains on it. โ
