"Naukese was absolutely wonderful! She was so helpful, kind, and patient, especially considering it was late at night. Expedia had made the booking for the wrong date (0 points for Expedia), and Naukese went above and beyond to help us sort everything out. She was incredibly friendly and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. The hotel is lucky to have someone like her on staff!"

"Loved the Tru concept!! Nice clean rooms. Nice little added touches for traveling, like plenty of hooks in the room, nice towels, and a small shelf in the bathroom. All of the staff were super friendly! Great customer service!"

"Staff at the Berekley Country Inn were all very friendly, knowledgeable about the area, including the two state parks. The Inn is a delightfully decorated elegant old-style stopover. I loved the easy way the antiques blended with modern amenities. The restaurant offered a decent variety of locally sourced food, vegetarian options, and unique preparation. We loved walking around town, soaking in the mineral waters right next door, visiting the artsy shops in the downtown area. Once we parked our car, we did not need it for the rest of our stay."

"We have stayed here several times and alwys find the rooms to be clean and the beds comfortable. It is quiet, so we alwys get a good uninterrupted nights sleep. The breakfast is comprehensive,having lots of variety and all the food groups you need to start a busy day! The staff, both at the front desk and the breakfast room, are approachable and friendly."
