The property feels secure, which provides a tremendous amount of peace of mind. Furthermore, the location is strategically perfect. It's set back enough to feel private and restful, yet its proximity to major routes and the newly free MATA public transit makes navigating Memphis extremely convenient. Every member of the staff I encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. "Great location, easy to get to the convention center and other places. It was nice to walk around the area. Denver is a robust place on the weekends in the evening for sure."

"This is a new hotel so it's all bright and shiny for visitors. We had a good experience, comfy bed, good breakfast. There were a few minor things that don't detract but the biggest thing for us was that there were smokers, both cigarettes & pot, at every doorway so there was no way to escape the smell or carrying it with you into your room. With very young girls working the desk at night I don't see any way of having the no smoking signs enforced. At least when we were there it was all grown men lingering at both doorways. "
