"I would have expected more ooohhs and ahhhs. Upon entrance there were several lights out on the walking path in. Decor wasn’t really exciting. I used self service option upon check-in which was fine and I asked concierge for directions to my elevator so that’s really all the contact I had with anyone during my stay. I guess that’s okay! Layout is funky, and room did not include a Luxor program or map so I didn’t even know what/when was available or around me. Very clean otherwise, except for the elevators (green). I just was not impressed and most likely won’t recommend."

"I was offered early check-in and given instructions to retrieve my key, but the kiosks didn’t recognize that I had paid for it. I wasted time trying before going to the front desk, where I was told early check-in isn’t guaranteed if no rooms are available—even if it’s offered. That was frustrating and should be made clearer upfront. Thankfully, the staff member was able to find a room and get me checked in. I paid for an upgrade, which was worth it for the view. We had a great look at the Las Vegas Sphere, and from the far left side of the window we could even see part of the High Roller. The room was decent but had several maintenance issues. The sink drained slowly and wouldn’t hold water. There weren’t enough outlets, and two were so loose that plugs wouldn’t stay in. There’s a small fridge and a Keurig, but no microwave or complimentary K-cups. I even had to unplug the fridge to use the Keurig since they shared the same outlet, which was inconvenient. The location near the LINQ Promenade is a big plus, with plenty of dining options and easy access to the Strip. The fitness/spa offers free water, which we appreciated since there were no bottle fill stations elsewhere. It was too cold to use the pool, and there’s no longer a hot tub, which was disappointing. The Piano Bar is enjoyable, and seeing Donny Osmond at Harrah's Las Vegas was a highlight of the trip—great location but the property could use some attention to detail."

"Great all around - especially the Spa & restaurants"

"I like everything about this hotel, nice, clean, elegant, beautiful and the staff are unbelievable. That was my first time in Vegas and I chose the most beautiful, comfortable hotel to visit and I enjoyed every second of it. The architecture is breathtaking, I would definitely go back again in near future."

"Breakfast at the café was not good. Edible at best. Staff at the bar was not great either. The room was not clean and had moldy towels and mold in the walls in the shower. Overall, I would not stay here again. "
