“I particularly didn't like being "turfed" over to a Four Points by Sheraton for unknown reasons after pre-purchase. Four Points Sheraton proved to be an outstanding location and have confirmed my further stays there.”

“밤에 시끄러웠고, 옆방에서 밤늦게까지 전화통화소리가 들려와 잠을 설쳤다. 윗층에서는 아이가 뛰어다니는지 쿵쾅소리가 너무 나서 ㅠㅠ”

“The hotel was great, clean as a whistle. The staff was helpful. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the breakfast. The pancake maker was not working, the oatmeal was lukewarm, there was no butter for toast and no real cream for coffee. Did not see anyone from the kitchen to ask about any of it. The coffee was excellent! I’ll would definitely stay there again.”

“The bed was like sleeping on a box. It was loud upon entering. The rooms were also loud. Fighting in the hall or the room next door.”

“Good”

“The only place we stay when we’re in town!! It’s always very nice, and convenient for guests with dogs.”

“This hotel was clean and employees was extremely friendly. I love the assistance we received during breakfast. The young lady help me and our children in getting waffles or anything else we needed. I don't know the young lady name. But I would like to say thank you and that more hotels need to have people like her and the rest of the staff.”

“Reasonable, but not special. There was a noise from the refrigerator and it was difficult to control the hot water during the shower.”
