"Hotel was clean. Great location next to Lost Lake and free village shuttle bus right outside. Disappointed that pool and hot tub were closed. Only got a weeks notice and by that time it was too late to relocate. Despite pool being closed, we were still charged $289 “property fee”. Not sure what that ..."
