피넌클.. 이 이름으로 여럿의 체인도 어느 정도의 믿음감이 상승
위슬러로 갈때면 한번 정도는 여기서 묵는다. 호텔스에 가끔 좋은 가격에 뜰때가 있는데 왠만하면 여기로.. 조금은 낡았지만 위슬러에 그렇지않은 곳이 몇이나 되겠는가? 룸에 제트텁이 있어 재밌기도 일과 후의 피로를 풀기에도 좋다. 물론 샤워부스도 있음. 단기는 모르겠지만 장기로 머물기는 너무 좋다. 주방도 상당한 보너스다.

피크시즌 짧은 방문
위치상으로는 메인도로에서 들어오는 입구쪽에 가깝고, 리프트 곤도라 까지 걸어 가면 10-15분 정도 소요되고, 셔틀버스가 5분 간격으로 지나 가기때문에 위치적인 불리 한 점은 크게 못 느꼈다. 체크인이 오후4시라 스키를 타지 않는 일원은 장시간 주위를 배회했고, 4인가족이 머물기에는 딜럭스 스튜디오 스위트는 퀸배드2개가 자라잡아 좀 좁은 듯 하다.(처음 배정 받은 방에는 퀸배드 1개 ... 4인 가족이라고 명시 했었기 때문에 바꿔달라고 요청 , 예약이 풀이라고 어렵다고 했지만 사정하여 겨우 바꿈) 욕조가 굳이 침대 옆에 있을 필요가 없을 것 같는데 구조가 좀 마음에 들지 않았다. 연인끼리면 몰라도, 가족이 이용하기에는 침대옆에 있는 욕조는 무용지물이었다. 차라리 욕조 공간을 빈 공간으로 만드는 편이 좋지 않았을까하는 아쉬움이 있었다.

기대 이상!
침대 옆에 월풀욕조가 있어 객실은 좁은 느낌이지만, 주방시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어 음식해 먹기에 부족함이 없었습니다. 무엇보다 호텔 바로 앞에서 무료버스 4번을 타면 휘슬러 곤돌라까지 아주 쉽게 갈 수 있어 정말 편리했 습니다. 또한 1층에 야외 작은 수영장+자쿠치가 있고, 수영장 물은 미지근하고 자쿠치 물은 따뜻해서, 스키 타고 저녁 때 피로 풀기 딱이었습니다. 추천!

We arrived specifically to use the hottub and pool. With no notice from Expedia or the Pinnacle Whistler, we arrived a d the hottub was out of order and rhe pool filter system was not working. Hotel staff said a part was ordered an should be fixed within 2 days. We were here specifically for a back rehabilitation issue. We initially booked for 4 nights through Expedia. After the third day when they said it will be fixed tomorrow. We asked to compensate for 1 extra day. They did not! The spa and pool issue was finally repaired at 6pm the evening before we were checking out. We will never stay at the Pinnacle resort anytime, anywhere ever again. This the 3rd time we have had issues with this site, but have not said anything, because things happen. NO MORE.

Overall a good experience with a couple minor hiccups. Was looking forward to a soak in the hot tub after a day of hiking. The hotel was ok. The hot tub was nice in the room but when we enter in the room there was a very strong smell of bleach that gave me headache for hours. The room looks quite old along with the furniture. It was so so. I will not come back.

Everything was nice except the mattress was so uncomfortable I got no sleep and had a lot of back pain the next day.

The facility is old and in need of some serious updating. The appliances in our room, while clean, are old. The bed wasn't bad, but we had to place towels on the chairs. I'll include a picture, if able. The room was highly overpriced for our accommodations.

Honestly the hotel was fine but the pool was closed and the room never cooled down. Beds were small and very uncomfortable. Service was good and early / late check it was accepted.
