“Staff were wonderful as was the room and the food available in the restaurant. Only disadvantage was the lack of car parking but that still wouldn’t put us off returning.”

“Everything from checking in dining and drinking and the overnight stay and breakfast was brilliant the staff were amazing would highly recommend to others”

“Great location”

“Unable to use hob. Hot water supply to bath poor Shower okay The description "near the sea" a bit misleading. Insufficient instructions and labelling with regard to bins and TV. Overall standard of property good and comfortable”

“We loved everything about this hotel, the location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was bright and spacious and the restaurant food and Bar areas were lovely. We will definitely be booking again!”

“…”

“Vi fik ikke tilsendt koden til indtjekning, og forsøgte selv på flere måder at skaffe den. Først 3. forsøg - ved telefonopringning, fik vi fat i værten, som oplyste koden til nøgleboksen. Det gav unødvendigt stress, for et ellers dejligt ophold”

“We made a very last minute booking to the hotel and arrived just 20 minutes later. Kimberley on reception was amazing, helping us with a smooth check in and a really warm welcome. She got us a table in the restaurant too where we had a lovely dinner and great breakfast the next morning. The room in this old historical inn was very clean and comfy. Low doors and winding staircases add to the historial fun. The gardens are very well kept and pretty and we enjoyed exploring them after breakfast.”

“요금선결제를 하고 왔음에도 확인도 안하고 결제부터 하라는 불친절함! 옆방과 한방에 있는듯한 느낌! 방음이 전혀안됨!!!”

“아주 친절했습니다”

“직원 친절, 식당 좋음, 객실 청소는 완벽하지는 않음”

“Had a very nice night at this hotel. Had an executive room which was newly refurbished and really big. Staff were helpful and friendly”

“It was situated very convenient place. Right at center of Canterbury Check in was no hassle room was nice and clean Comfortable but small which wasn't a problem. Breakfast was good 👍 ”

“Fantastic room with great beams and a fantastic bath.”

“Great stay - convenient location just a short walk from the high st and attached to a fabulous restaurant. We stayed on the top floor - great room but a bit tricky for anyone who is less mobile or quite tall. Really great friendly service from the staff from start to finish.”

“Fantastic spot right in the center of Canterbury. That being said, not recommended for light sleepers: the streets outside are lively into the night and the delivery trucks start very early. Room was immaculate, comfy beds, and modern bathroom. Great lounge in the lobby too!”

“Worst bed I've slept on in a long time. Really not recommended for anyone. ”

“The breakfast was fantastic, the staff were brilliant. Lovely, cosy, traditional pub. Very, very clean, cute room with great amenities. We can't ask for any more. Thank you so much. We loved reading about the family as well in the guest book and all the other properties. We definitely recommend staying!”
