“Great place for couples , family and anyone who wishes a great stay”

“Superb location and venue. Delightful pub with top cask ale and the food was sublime. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff were highly friendly and attentive. The only negative was the electric shower which was very temperamental and low pressure. A real treat though overall.”

“This centrally located hotel is perfect for a trip in or around Morpeth. We were a group of four in two rooms. The rooms were large and spacious, and the beds comfortable and clean. The rooms and public areas would benefit from some decoration as they detract from the fantastic customer service the staff offers. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we were in the area”

“Always stay here on monthly family visits to the area. So conveniently located with plenty of parking. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, the beds are great and large walk-in showers are so good. Efficient and controllable aircon make the rooms comfortable too. Staff are very welcoming and helpful with any requests. Good Pizza restaurant, but also handy for a range of eateries on Gosforth High Street.”

“Mandy rang us to ask what time we would expect to be there on the day, then met us as we parked up. Mandy was very friendly and warm. There were fresh cakes and coffee/tea when you are in the reception, you help yourself. Everything was spotless. The room was amazing, under floor heating in the bathroom was a treat. The bed was so comfy. The breakfast was perfect, the french toast was epic, you won't need lunch, the portion was a great size. I would recommend the home made granola, delicious....

“Exceptional quality for the price point - I'd expect to pay a lot more for the quality of the accommodation and the outstanding service from the staff. They were attentive, helpful and very friendly and made me feel welcome. Mack (I assume he was the duty manager) went above and beyond and couldn't have been more helpful. What a wonderful place to stay - would highly recommend it. ”
