“Very convenient to everywhere I wanted to go”

“What an absolutely remarkable place! It genuinely feels as though a beautiful piece of historic Italy has been transported into this Chicago neighborhood. The architecture, thoughtfully selected ornate decor, warmth, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly welcoming. This is not simply a place to stay. It is an experience. And then there is Gina! Her hospitality is in a class of its own. From preparing a wonderful breakfast to serving homemade banana...

“Great property! Very much enjoyed our stay!”

“The hotel has a sweet charm about it and has nice clean rooms, convenient parking for a fee, and even a good breakfast offering. However, try never to stay in room 106 because all you’ll hear is the elevator control equipment running constantly…quite annoying and interruptive of a good night’s rest.”

“I felt very safe and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to my family and friends.”

“It’s a charming hotel. Well located, and it was nice to have parking available.”

“Location was convenient. Located in a safe area where everything was walkable or close to subway entrance. Good local restaurants and shopping.”

“City Suites was a great location to see a concert at The Vic. My room was ready before noon, which was so great after having just flown there and being very tired. The staff was very helpful & kind. One star missing just because it is an older property, so there becomes a lot of dust & paint cracks, etc that don’t always get tidied. The inflated cost of everything also affects my rating, as $200+ for a normal hotel is still egregious, but that’s just on principle. I would recommend City Suites &...

“This is a great space for a solo traveler who needs the basics but likes the niceties. Modern decor and simple amenities with great touches. Close to train and lots of restaurants.”

“Perfect inexpansive but quality stay in Chicago. Close to CTA, clean facility and friendly staff. Highly recommended”

“Had an awful time trying to check in. There was some random guy who said he was trying to get in as well and his passcode wasn't working but he was boxing me in and it made me quite nervous, I'm a smaller lady. I also had alot of trouble getting my passcode to work as well so he actually was probably telling the truth and didn't realize how uncomfortable he was making me. The directions to your room should be on the precheck in page if possible. I was only sent a message over expedia so I...
