“The ambience and the setting of the location were amazing. It’s a great place to take your pet. We had our own back patio with its own gate and our dog could run in and out just to feel like he was at home. Silverton has always beautiful, but this location is just amazing. Staff was nice and polite and very helpful. I love being able to take my dog out to the outdoor patio and have breakfast looking at all the flowers all around was totally worth it.”

“It’s a beautiful facility in a fantastic setting by the river. The restaurant was good and had a gorgeous view of the river. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative was that we could hear both the room next door and above us. We could hear conversations next door that weren’t particularly loud along with the TV and a barking dog. We also heard footsteps from the room above. Other than that it was a lovely stay.”

“Room was very nice with new amenities. We had a Mountain View room which puts you on the freeway side of the building. I was surprised by the amount of traffic noise in the room but it wasn’t bad enough to make me want to leave! The rest of the property was very nice and clean. Signage was a little confusing both coming in and leaving but we made it nevertheless. For the price I thought it was well worth it.”

“I found the hotel and the rooms were clean and well kept. The parking was well lit and plentiful. The indoor pool was nice. Unfortunately I didn't try the breakfast but it smelled really good. I will definitely be returning to Hotel Salem. Thank you for a nice stay.”

“A eeek day breakfast offering would be a nice addition, as opposed to the Keurig Coffee maker and cup of oatmeal. The room was very clean, quiet. Staff were all friendly.”
