"The room was a great size for 6 nights. Bed very comfortable & so many amenities have been thought of. The bar on the roof was nice and staff very friendly. The Malabar cafe for breakfast and dinner was very good and served some lovely dishes. Some waiting staff seem uncomfortable around English speaking guests for some reason many misunderstandings occur. The standout staff member is Shabi (M) who was not only friendly but someone who got everything right and who should be commended for his customer service. Thanks for a great stay."

"Great hotel so close to the airport only a 5 minute ride! Nice breakfast and restaurant open late along with room service 24/7. The rooms were clean and modern! Definitely recommend."

"Epic breakfast buffet! Surprising only that there was no S Indian coffee offered in the breakfast. A measure of the western client focus? Rooms were great and nice views of the city and backwaters. Very helpful staff."
