“Stayed there with my family of 3 on NY eve last year. The property was well maintained. While we didn’t get to try all the amenities due to the NY eve rush, the complimentary boat ride on the lake Vemnad was amazing (I would highly recommend to book in advance as it fills our fast). Food was ok. I would recommend this place who wants a quiet, family friendly place in Allepey. ”

“There was no spa. Internet did not work throughout the stay. Drinking water was provided in very limited quantity and we had to buy cans from outside which was cumbersome. At checkout, noone was available to collect keys. Flat is new, location is amazing.”

The half-day backwaters boat tour was a highlight and highly recommended, and the resort grounds were lovely and quiet. The main disappointment was the Alleppey tour, as we were not told in advance that the coir factory, museum, and palace were closed on Monday, which made the long drive less worthwhile. “Was peaceful and enjoyable stay. Staff was extremely helpful and was willing to assist with any special requests. There were activities at the resort that were suitable for all ages. The food was amazing and had large variety. Overall a great stay and will definitely come back”
