“I stayed 1 night here. really beautiful atmosphere. sunset cruise very nice. However, they claimed 2500 rupees for using jacuzzi with spilling wine. The water in jacuzzi is reused by there own purification system which is uninformed. That one is only disappointment in staying Kumarakom Lake resort. Except for that, the atmosphere, really beautiful. Thank you”

“Nous avons apprecie la gentillesse du personnel, la proprete de la chambre, le restaurant tres bon (meme si seule une petite partie de la carte etait disponible), l'architecture agreable de l hotel et la proximite du centre ville. 2 bemols cependant : les portes-fenetres de notre chambre (103) ne sont pas jointives donc nous entendions les bruits exterieurs et l'accueil ne dispose d'une caisse pour rendre la monnaie le cas echeant. “Beautiful location and lovely staff. The room was huge but basic and run down. Great view of the lake. Only one restaurant to eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was ok, breakfast not fantastic but the dosa was great. The pool is nothing like the photos. It is cloudy, dirty, full of insects and had a large number of crows bathing in it at any given time. No facilities open near pool - currently being renovated and no umbrellas. Temperature was hot and not refreshing in the heat of April....
