와인 카운티, 캘리포니아의 아침 식사 제공 호텔

“Overall, I think this was one of the best options if not the best in the area. The café in the sister hotel was convenient but no room service / delivery available. Check-in ends in the evening and lockboxes are available to collect key cards when checking in later. Rooms are sepatated by swinging door to eliminate ambient noise from the lobby and restaurants. “Staff was great. Super friendly”

“Food was greasy and cold. Was told pool was heated. It wasn't only hot tub. Room was nice. Staff was OK until check out. We did make a mess on the sheet and it needed to be replaced. Staff was very rude about it and over charged on the deposit refund for 1 sheet. They thought 40 was an OK amount to keep. They said we made the towls dirty. We didn't. We came back from the pool area and whe floor was wet. We used a towel to dry and that is how dirty the floor was. We had to replace they key...

“We checked in late to our room, and discovered the sheets were never changed. There was food and sand in the bed. I’m 8.5 months pregnant and just wanted to lay down, so we cleaned everything and went to bed. Slept for about 2 hours and kept waking up grossed out by the entire situation. I messaged the property, and the reply was “apologies, we will review procedures with housekeeping”. Nothing about a comp or even a discount. Terrible Customer Service response.”

“I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”

“I have never in my life experienced such rude service in the restaurant. Because of this I will never return to this place.”
