"I booked a superior room but the room wasn’t like the pictures. The room had a lovely view but I feel this should be pointed out before you book. The pictures showed a sofa bed but our room had a bed & chair. I did point this out to the staff but I didn’t get an explanation. I have already left a review pointing out my concern but haven’t had a reply. The hotel is very well situated on the harbour front "

"Clean spacious room with really comfy bed. Very easy check in but need to do the online check in before arriving at the property. Good breakfast and it closes at 11am which was very welcome."

"Lovely boutique vibe at this motel behind Mollies Diner. Everything you want is provided with a smile, wonderfully comfortable bed in a clean stylish room and great shower.
Complimentary tea & coffee & social area with 24hr bar in the lobby was a nice touch. Outdoor quad will be nice in the summer too.
Will definitely use this chain again"

"Lovely hotel, elegant clean room. There was an excellent choice at breakfast in a spacious room. A huge bonus was Emmylou Harris and her band having breakfast together.
The check in , check out, breakfast staff were really helpful even though the hotel was really busy.
On the negative side, the room was a really long way from the lift and an event was going on with lots of loud music kept us awake until after midnight . Perhaps if you put the people attending the event on the 2nd floor so they aren’t in the noisy room would be helpful.
Otherwise a treat to stay at the Marriott as I’ve only been there for conferences before. "
