"Very clean hotel from the outside to the lobby - to the hallways - to the rooms - to the laundry room - fresh, clean smell and experience. Policies are being followed - housekeeping great, Knowledgeable, customer-friendly staff - courteous, especially to guests with concerns about payment and ALL ADA disabilities, including anxiety. Breakfast was great - fresh and affordable. Lots of parking ROOMS are cleaned VERY well - on time - privacy upheld - ability to place a "do not disturb" sign"

"The elevator broke down the morning of the 16th which put a strain on us climbing stairs. The room was spacious and arranged nicely. Had to turn up the thermostat due to cold AC and get an extra blanket. Toilet was hard to flush. Otherwise very comfortable."

"Reserved two rooms our King rm was clean with excellent air conditioning. The only issue was the drain stop in the tub wasn't functioning.The 2 Queen rm my kids were in had a,strong chlorine smell in it. Otherwise it was also pretty clean. Staff was helpful when asked a question or for assistance. The breakfast was cool I personally enjoyed the breakfast more at Wilmington, NC location. However the cleanliness and updated furniture at this location was top tier. Would definitely stay again. Location was also awesome very close to shopping, restaurants and highway access."

"Had a 2 queen room which was normal size for a hotel room. The carpet was a little sticky- hoping that was just the room we were in. Stayed with family and they had kings rooms. Their carpets were fine. Beds were eh. My mattress was hard, but I like squishy bedding so it was probably me. Lots of towels and plenty of products in the room. We didn’t use the pool because we only stayed one night on our way elsewhere. Breakfast was ok. The hot foods were a bit cold. Check-in and out staff was very friendly. Valet service was helpful and quick. Lots in walking distance. One family member got there early and walked around the area. She really liked it."
