"The shower was broken in one of our rooms and when called the person was unable to fix it. The water ran in the tub all night long. "

"This is a very nice hotel with 1 major negative. The location of the gym is ridiculous. Top floor. Directly above the room I was try to sleep in. Being awakened to the sound of KABOOM from dumbbells being dropped on the floor between sets and then treated to the thumping and humming of the treadmills àt 5AM definitely contributed to my low rating. This was a something I never thought I'd have to look at prior to booking. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. "
