“The property/inn was adequate for what we needed. The room was clean and we felt safe. The virtual check in kiosk was cumbersome to use and I missed having staff to assist. The ice machine was either empty or not working. The hallway had a broken kid’s necklace on the floor that was there the entire time we were there so I know it wasn’t vacuumed. And unfortunately police were present for problems in the parking lot three times which left uncomfortable. For the price I expected more.”

“I should have read reviews. We couldn’t get past the front door. It looks like this is truly a half way house. People are literally living here. Homeless and seedy looking people hanging outside the main entrance. We don’t even check in because it was truly gross.”

“The photos online are not representative of present condition of the property. Tub backed up terribly. Carpet and seating area had major stains. Bedding looked like it might not have been changed, after last room rental. There were several hairs in the bedding when pulling back sheets. Luckily, there was a second bed that seemed better. Add to that, the towels were clearly years old. One had a hole and loose threads hanging off of it. Overall, even for a budget motel, very underwhelming....

“Very beautiful almost 200 year old home that has been maintained well. Room was super clean and properly stocked with amenities. Staff was super nice and helpful. Close to night life and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.”

“A recent stay at this facility was terrible. They're redoing the heating system and the AC and you can't get your room any cooler than 70° we had it turned down to 60 and it was very uncomfortable for all. My friend had a medical problem it needed it cooler and they were unable to accommodate us. They also were not able to give us any credit back or make it”
