โLovely hotel within two minutes from the gondola.
Staff was very accommodating. When we first arrived I mentioned how I was having difficulty breathing due to the altitude, immediately I was given a can of oxygen.

โHotel novรญssimo, com poucas semanas de uso. Super bem localizado no melhor ponto de Banff. Instalaรงรตes super confortรกveis, modernas e de bom gosto.
Dois pontos a melhorar: o chuveiro รฉ ruim (sai pouca รกgua, um sacrifรญcio lavar cabelo longo) e o restaurante indicado pelo hotel (The Fat Ox) รฉ pรฉssimo (me serviram frango cru) e caro.

โI stayed here for two nights with my family. This resort is located five minutes by bus (route 2, every 20 mins) from the downtown and a bus stop is in front of the hotel office. The staffs are super kind. They booked buses to Lake Louise for our family and gondolas at a discounted rate (with a promotion). I completed our trip plan with their help. The best, the most kind staffs!โ
