"The only issue we had was there was no darling curtains so the street lights outside our window shined in all night. "

"The historic feel of this hotel was appreciated. The lobby had cozy seating and fireplace. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We appreciated the plush bathrobes and toiletries that were supplied, even the blow dryer was high end. "

"I didn't drive but if I was I won't feel safe with my vehicle in the parking lot in that area.there was no refrigerator in my room, the staff don't clean or bring towels or pickup trash unless u ask them to the night before, the microwave didn't have the turn table, the door for my was no sound poofed at all , that goodness I was on the 1st floor near the front desk, I heard from other much more drug activity on the other floors , I stayed for a week the cops were there at least 6 times, probably more, even for the cheaper price I would stay there again, I don't recommend that hotel unless you have no other affordable options, and don't mind being around meth heads 🙄"

"The rooms are great. Clean and nicely decorated. My only complaint would be upgrade the TV as the one in the rooms are small like computer monitors and bad reception. The ceiling tiles in bathroom were falling down as well. No breakfast available and parking can be challenging with all the utility trucks around. Great place for the price and close to central St Paul. "

"This property needs TLC. Outdoor area had quite a lot of trash. The room had furniture with holes, loose tile work in the bathroom, and stains on the ceiling. There was something smeared on the wall behind our door. Not the quality we’ve come to expect from the Holiday Inn Brand."

"Just horrible, everyone has their own review but heres mines towel change you have to bring your old one to change for new ones, no house cleaning after I had already requested it. I was there Thursday-Sunday, breakfast was only dry muffin and coffee..bed sheets were dirty, floor had some red stains , bathroom door was broken and does not lock.. I asked to change room or get a discount they refused!!! No one was ever at the front desk to get help. "
