“They allowed some huge group to come in and have family reunion right in their bar and it overflowed into the entrance area and was confusing and hard to even move around to the elevators they should have made them move to a private room as I heard other people complaining as well. Otherwise nice place but the luggage rack had bum tire.. stayed here before and it usually is really great and area is safe and good”

“I was surprised to learn they have a daily parking fee. I have only encountered this in deep inner city hotels with a parking garage. This was not mentioned prior to check-in and I felt it was uncalled for. Placement of the shampoo, body wash and conditioner was very inconvenient. The bathroom was very small. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Even though we asked for room service, it was not done the first day. However, the desk staff was very accommodating and apologetic.”
