"This hotel is very convenient, the location is perfect and I love that it has a lot of parking since we were traveling by car. The staff wasn't overly friendly but they were hospitable. Rooms were spacious and very clean. I would suggest better blackout curtains because a lot of light comes in. The rooms can also get very noisy because the tram passes by really close and it is located on a busy streets were cars drive by at all hours. The internet could stand some improvement because the signal was very weak, which was an inconvenience. There are little food shops around, which was very convenient. The restaurant was great too!"

"Awesome location. In the center of everything, and walkable to restaurants and shops and so much. The rooms are "large." Note, that if you are traveling, pay attention to the number of people per room. They mayh be the size of a small apartment, but there is only so many beds. More than two, family apartment best (yes, like an apartment). The Michelin restaurant is fabulous - and so reasonably priced. The pool was a favorite for our grandchildren. The sauna was where my husband stayed. Service was great. People were friendly. They understood English well - except for one room service order. Housekeeping is diligent. We would stay again. "

"Room wasn’t cleaned at all on one of the days had to go ask for fresh towels. Second day the cleaner had been but didn’t make the bed just cleaned the bins and changed towels "

"I already have the same post below on another platform. Asked for genuine photos of the room I will spend next three days in Wroclaw. They're unable to respond in 10 hours and ping pong continues... ++ After entering the room, the stink smashed onto my face. This shows how right I was when asking about photos. ++ Highly disrespectful staff (counted 3 of them so far) ++ As per my humble opinion, 90% of the personnel are far from able to contact in business English. ++ Never ever again; but wait. Maybe someday with my US passport, how about that? :) ++ Pretentiousness rate amongst the personnel: same as the inability of business English rate shared above. ++ Contradictory info amongst individuals: while one receptionist was saying "you need to wait a bit during checkout for the room to be checked first", I was freely let out during the actual checkout by Ms. Paulina. ++ A disrespectful young boy at the reception tried charging me parking fee of full 3 days and I had to call the cops. What a scam!"

"Great location, short walk from/ to airport bus stop, and on the edge of the centre. A bonus is the short 5 minute walk to the arches, the best area for food/ drink. Breakfast good, staff excellent, no complaints "

"The hotel is in a very convenient location 5 minutes walk from the old town. The street is very quiet. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options for everyone. Three things didn't work for us: 1. Smell - cleaning staff must have sprayed some chemicals on the carpet or somewhere else and the smell was so strong that I had a headache. I asked at the reception and they told me it was done by cleaning crew. So the smell stayed as long as we did (and I am sure after our departure). 2. Air conditioning did not work in the room. It was warm, and we couldn't get it cooled. I even mentioned it to the reception staff and nothing changed. 3. No windows could be open, so we were stuck with warm and smelly room. The personnel was very friendly and attentive. "
