Their hotel has everything, from excellent polite staff to all the facilities I wanted, and so close to food and shopping nearby. "This hotel is a SCAM! When I reserved this hotel through Hotels.com, I pre-paid the hotel fee. But, the employees at the desk asked me to pay ONCE AGAIN, telling me that the fee paid over Hotels.com would be refunded.
That didn’t happen. Eventually I paid TWICE. And the hotel refused to refund.
So, I was double-charged.
I think this is a classic way to lure foreigners to pay more.
The hotel even doesn’t answer the phone.
If you don’t want to be scammed, please do not use this hotel."
