2/10 Terrible

"For a 4 star hotel, the staff, the quality of the hotel and customer service was not it. The rooms are actually joint with another so you hear everything next to you, loud "neighbors" with thin walls. The AC is controlled by the hotel so be prepared to be hot inside your room since they turn it on after 8:30am which was a first for me. The elevators work sometimes and the queue to get wait and be able to get into one is another first for me even with 4+ elevators. Breakfast is a bit pricey and food is alright but the staff hurry you to leave before finishing your buffet style Breakfast. I also had a noise in my room particularly inside my bathroom that was triggered by the rooms below ot above me every time they turned on their showers. This was more like a 3rd star hotel and it was a huge disappointment not to mention that only the checkout personnel know English, you would expect more flexibility with so many tourist now a days."

"The staff is incredibly helpful and clear on his instructions about the check-in process. When we had an issue, he immediately helped us. The room is pretty high tech with the digital smart lock . The hotel is located in a convenient spot with lots of restaurants, subway & bus stations, convenient stores, beach and attractions. Since this is a service apartment, they had kitchen appliances you can use. The only drawback is that they only clean your room every 2-3 days. The laundry machine we had was not available for use at the time. We only stayed for 3 nights so the laundry and the cleaning didn't affect us much. But again, this is a service apartment and usually they don't clean your room everyday."

"The staff were amazing. Attentive and helpful at all corners. The only reason why i had given 4 stars were because: lack of food choices within the complex. There are choices, but not an abundant amount. And the choices available - including the featured buffet at Da Moim, was… subpar. Given the prices demanded, I would have expected a higher standard. Alas, there were other choices within a short driving distance. One thing to note: everything practically closes by 8pm (last order)."
