Elegant, charming, close to Princess theatre, Imperial hotel for pub/bistro food, the historical Parliament building is right opposite the Windsor. Trams along Spring St., in between Bourke, Little Collins & Collins St. not far for either walking, discovering lovely eateries, trams that would take you right into the cbd & as well as inner suburban areas. There's also a cinema, Kino on the basement of the Sofitel on Collins St. High tea is a must & very lucky that we came on a bottomless HT day!"
