"- Great location - Club Lounge staff amazing. - 30,000krw for 2 hours to use a Cabana by the pool is ridiculous, across 10 days we did not see a single person use them. - Closing the pool for 1 hr at Midday and 10 minutes every hr on the hr is odd. - The 3 outdoor pools/spas were out of action for 3 days"

"Staff was uncommonly unfriendly and unaccommodating to guests including me. I’ve always been very friendly and give the benefit of the doubt in every situation but the senior staff Lim was very rude. I know the language minimally and can hear her tone speaking to me and speaking to other people and it was pretty clear she did not want to help in any way and could care less. It was an honest mistake not knowing the area but not to be helpful was extremely rude. The rooms smelled and There are flies everywhere probably because they’re on the port industrial area which I was not aware when I booked. As a solo traveler, travel agent and business traveler, I was extremely disappointed with Adela hotel, their staff, and Expedia in helping a confused traveler."

"The view was spectacular and the suite was very large. However, despite booking for 5 people, there were only two beds. Yep of my children slept on bed rolls. I know things are a little different in Korea but it’s important to know for international travellers. Additionally, all electronic controls (heat/cool/lights etc) are in Korean so tricky to navigate. Location was perfect and views were obviously stunning."

"We stayed in a room facing the ocean with a bit of a city view and the sky capsules ( a must try). The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel has many useful amenities throughout; gym, pool, restaurants, and a laundry. We only tried the deli for delicious pastries and coffee. The gym was really nice, open to a lot of different workouts. The free laundry service was great, but there are limited machines so keep an eye out for availability. Exiting the hotel from the back puts you right on the beach and from the front you are minutes away from some great street food and restaurants. First time in Busan and were really glad we chose this property."
