I’ve stayed at this hotel before as it’s very close to the Shin-Yurigaoka train station near my Mom’s place. Having stayed before I can compare the room furnishings and can say they are not created equal. Mattresses are very hard as is the pillow. Quite typical of Japanese hotels. Amenities ok. This room was dated, rug needed cleaning, and the bathroom floor was tilted and felt like a cruise ship bathroom. Not impressed as the room needed major updating.
Breakfast has two choices; American or Japanese with self-serve juice/coffee bar. Breakfast could also use updating as it’s the same choice year after year.
All in all, it’s an average hotel. Staff are attentive, rooms need updating.
