Hotel's location is great. We got a twin room and its size was good. Overall, the hotelbis aged and need a renewal. Staffs and services were good thou. Breakfast is on the top floor and not too bad.

Great option when in the area

Great hotel for the price and location. BayStars game got rained out but still pleanty to do in the area with the hotel being comfotable and an easy return after a night out option.

The staff and the area were amazing. It was close to the local subway and the room was spacious and fantastic, fresh towels left at the door every day! Would definitely stay again when in the area.

the breakfast is on 14th floor and the view and service is phenomenal, the location is just out of subway, very easy for transportation, the only thing is bathroom is a bit of old style.

For the price, this hotel was great. Excellent proximity to train, bus station, & shopping. Walkable to many places to eat. Hotel is dated but clean within all common areas. Our rooms had a lot of dust buildup in vents, window sills and heavy smoke smell but was decent. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and nice. We enjoyed our stay.

The facility is not new but maintained in good condition. The best thing i notice at the hotel is the hard working staff. Viking style breakfast is also enjoyable.

Location wise, this hotel is great. Close to a train station, lots of food nearby, some fun bars and stores as well. The hotel is definitely more dated looking. The room itself was ok but very dim even with all the lights on. The shower has very poor water pressure and the temperature was very inconsistent, going from burning hot to very cold quickly. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were lacking, didn’t foam, and smelled slightly off. The bed was hard and not comfortable to sleep in. We requested extra pillows and blankets. The blanket we received smelled like a chemical-y maple syrup so I wasn’t able to use it. Throughout the night we heard a lot of noise that sounded like a washing machine or dryer banging against the wall. If it’s for a night, maybe I’d stay here if I had something to do in the immediate area. But otherwise I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The hotel room feels a bit outdated and shows its age, but it is clean and functional. Overall, it is convenient, especially for a short stay. A nice bonus is that free soft drinks are provided, which was appreciated.
