“The location was what attracted me. I needed something close to the Drury Lane Theater venue. The hotel was great, rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were friendly. Only warning if you uber to the hotel- there are two with very close names. You want the Oakbrook suites and NOT the oakbrook resort. Both owned by Hilton and caused confusion. I ended up having to take two uber rides because I wasn’t paying attention.”

“We arrived a day later than originally expected due to flight delays and schedule cancellations. Despite having pre-booked a two queen bed room, upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel check-in staff that it had been sold to someone else because we didn't show up. While it's frustrating enough that our reserved room was given away despite us having paid for a four-day stay, the fact that there was no two queen bed room available immediately, and we had to wait until 3 PM due to the flight...
