โClean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. Various food options near the hotel. On-site parking is easy. Quick access to nice beaches including Steamer's lane, Pleasure point, and Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Hot tub is hard to be a big advantage, too small and no view. Overall, deserves a high score.โ
โAs a local, we watched this prime Santa Cruz lot sit unused for many years. It's finally developed and they did an amazing job. This is a huge upgrade for Santa Cruz. There's nothing in town that competes.
It's upscale without being tacky or pretentious. We stayed in their most basic room and it was still impressive. The pool area is sublime.
It's a great addition to Santa Cruz!โ
โThe service was nice, our A/C, bed, and shower were all great. It was very quiet at night. The close location to Wharf and Downtown eats is great. We had a top floor corner room, which we hoped for. But I think we were too far from the router, our internet was awful. Also they bizarrely had an ashtray right in front of our window, so we dealt with smoke and smokers frequently. โ
โClean- must be new(?) property, nice size king room with balcony. Easy walk to the beach and. City Pier/Boardwalk. Recommend that umbrellaโs be added at the pool deck.โ
โFront desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, updated and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Location could not get any better. I will definitely stay here again. โ
โGood for one or two night; one light switch to power all the lights and power outlets, so charging donโt work when you out the lights out. Close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Private parking, clean room, noisy bed. All good for this price.โ
โThis bed and breakfast was a hidden gem. The owners Constantin and Adriana deserve all the praise they have gotten for setting up such a cozy bed and breakfast (with delicious breakfast included!) in such a prime location in Santa Cruz. We were just 2 blocks from the boardwalk, a few blocks to downtown, and there was free parking! I would stay here again and againโ
