"The highlight of the hotel is the customer service of the family owned business. The hotel is decent and has everything you need, The staff went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. Don’t wait and book it, they helped us arrange the tours and transition, you won’t have time to spend at the hotel as the tours are the entire day from early morning till late pm. It is really close to the airport. We are so lucky we booked this property. They are truly amazing "

"Overall I think this place is cute and did the job. I personally am more of a luxury type, however, since I only needed a place to stay for one night and something close to Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park, this works. It’s pretty small and minimal but they have the main necessities: AC, WiFi, outlets, shower, toilet, spare tooth brush set, cups, TV, and a bed. So I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a place to crash and somewhere close to the city. "

"My daughter and I recently stayed at this charming hotel nestled right under the mountain, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and spotless common areas. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The food was another highlight — fresh, flavorful, and served in a cozy dining area that made every meal enjoyable. "We visited the hotel in off season so we have to expect that it is not up to full operation. I believe we were on two guests in this 900 plus room resort. The assistant manager was so helpful to us with researching things to do and places to eat in the area which made things much easier. The rooms were big and comfortable so no complaints there. I took advantage of the inexpensive in-house massages. Easy to get around using Didi. Would probably stay here again. "
