"This hotel was wonderful! From check-in to check-out the staff was thoughtful, helpful and so incredibly kind. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out and truly resembles a “wellness” vibe, the food is incredible, lots of fun things to do without feeling overwhelmed. I would highly recommend this to any adults needing a relaxing vacation."

"Outstanding service! From the beginning to the end. We had an amazing trip thanks to the wonderful staff and great hotel accommodations. The food was amazing at all the restaurants. The parks were amazing and the all around vibe had us wanting to stay longer. Be warned the hotel is huge, which leads to aot of walking. On one of the park days my wife sustained a small sprain and on the way back to our room Osvaldo noticed us. He assited my wife to a place to sit and called a medic to help. Both the medic and Osvaldo were extremely caring and kind. We want to give them a huge thank for going above and beyond. It really helped us enjoy the rest of our time there."

"The staff was so nice and accommodating! Truly made our experience. We went for a last minute getaway and it was perfect. We enjoyed the shows and loved the beach club party. The room was clean and they gave lots of towels. The buffet was nice to pick what you like. The restaurants aren’t anything special but for an all inclusive, it works. Drinks are amazing and definitely get the “spicy mango shot”! Would definitely go back! "
