"The room was great, mildly humourous because into the rooms have a theme in the theme is a famous person, and mine was Fabio. Property itself is very tired and clearly they are in the process of constructing/fixing it up, but the room was fine. all inclusive included the pizza pasta place and a taco place and a breakfast spot. "This apartment was a beautiful place to stay. I love the private patio area and that it was ocean view. I didn’t like that the water pressure to the shower was very low, it was barely dripping so that was really frustrating having to use the shower in the unit. I would also recommend that since there were no room cleaning they should at least have access to a washer and dryer so you can have clean sheets and towels throughout your stay. "

"Stood for almost a week, the last week of February 19-26 and the place was amazing. About 15 min from the airport if you book private shuttle, to enter the hotel is like a 10 minute ride through mangroves but very peaceful. The food was very good, so many options and unlimited amounts of food. The room was very clean and they kept it clean everyday. Room service was pretty good for such a huge resort and the amount of people checked in. The lobby was super chill and had so much room to sit and have a few drinks which were DELICIOUS. The pool was very nice and the churrería behind the pool was a hit with the kids and us…ice cream, donuts, cake slices and churros. The best part of it was the service. The people working were always so courteous. Be kind when you visit! They work very hard. "

"The entire resort was wonderful! We enjoyed everything from our ocean view suite, the beautiful pools and the all inclusive options. The Hyatt Vivid staff were excellent and they kept the resort spotless! Every evening they had Las Vegas style entertainment. We didn’t have one bad meal and not a single negative experience. We loved it and will likely go back again!"

"Friendly atmosphere with good amenities. Rooms are clean and refrigerators are well stocked. Amazing food options and great place for family with kids. They almost got trapped us in Infinity Luxury Travel Club. They offered me some free tour site for free and have me deposit $20 to show up for a breakfast at light house without explaining me how long and what that’s for. I did some research and found it is almost like a scam in the name luxury travel club with hefty fees. "
