This property was the best hotel we could find in Yuma. It was very well kept and everyone at the front desk was so nice and welcoming. The pool was really nice! Walkable to all the downtown bars and restaurants and easy parking.

A nice property right along the Colorado river. The staff were great and there was a modest Restaurant and Bar. Easy walking distance to the Old Town and great trails along the river.

The staff here are incredible! So much hospitality. They made me feel very welcomed (guest of the day), they moved me to a quiet room when there was construction noise, and they helped me on checkout day when I wasnt able to get on my morning flight by holding my bags and letting me hang out poolside. From the front desk to the restaurant staff and even housekeeping everybody was great, this is my new favorite hotel in Yuma

The good: Clean and nice hotel and room. Check-in was fast and friendly. Liked their was a mini fridge and microwave. The bad: AC kicking on and off all night kept waking me up. Hallway between elevator and room stunk like old building? Fridge noisy. Only 2 coffee pods provided for 2 people. Basic 16oz water bottles in room marked $2.50. A 16oz bottle of soda $4.

I'll never forget the kind staff at this hotel.

The staff (especially at the front desk were incredibly kind and guest focused. The older woman that worked the overnight shift, remembered that I had requested yogurt in the morning. However, the room itself was not clean. There were crumbs and something solid (?) under the bed, and a toothbrush left by a previous guest on the bottom shelf of the nightstand.

Property is undergoing construction so it is incredibly loud. Breakfast is $12 for a sad continental breakfast. They leave 2 boytles of water in the room that in small print on the bottom state they are $2.50 each. No soap was leftin the room to wash hands. Rooms were modern, beautiful view of the river and bridge and great location for dinning.
