"Upon opening the room door and closing it for the first time, there was not just dust but lots of dirt and pebbles behind the door against the wall; it was obvious that the cleaning crew did not attempt to sweep or clean this area....but it was a couple hours later after dinner when we were taking ..."

"No complaints from me. The view from the restaurant on the top floor is worth coming here by itself. The breakfast buffet was okay for me. The location was amazing. So location and views... those 2 things made it worth coming here"
