“Loved our stay at the German colony. Food at the hotel was outstanding. A wonderful chef. The German restaurants were very good. The Brewhouses fun to walk to and good entertainment. It was a wonderful 3 day stay.”
“The hotel was very nice and clean. Quiet. Convenient to our next morning appointment. The only thing was $15.00 to park your car in there garage and there really is no optional parking. Getting in & out of garage was a little confusing. Otherwise it was a great over night stay. Ty ”

“The hotel is on the Main Street of Decorah with walkable access to shopping and restaurants. Many of the original features of the hotel still exist so it has the feel of a 1920s/30s hotel. Rooms are modern and comfortable.”

“This is a beautiful hotel. Very clean and spacious room. Our room faced Main Street—traffic noise. One suggestion is more outlets for electronics. One outlet didn’t work at all. We had to charge 2 phones, watch, hearing aid, CPAP machine, iPad. If we come again, I’ll bring a power strip. ”
