“Very decent standard of IHG property, new and modern with all the facilities you'd expect. Staff were friendly and helpful and tried their best at all times.
Breakfast can get very hectic and there needs to be a better timed booking system and a system where people don't hang about reading newspapers - that can be done elsewhere (their room for instance!)
Water needs to be provided in take-away plastic bottles and not the glass/crown cap style at the moment.
A/C control needs much more...
“굉장히 클래식한 호텔. 오래되었지만 관리가 잘 되어있다. 방도 넓고 깨끗하다. 방음은 오래된 호텔이라 약간 취약한 편. 아침에 테라스를 열면 새소리와 종소리가 들리는데 그 자체로 힐링 됨. 호텔 바로 앞에 주차가능.오전 몇시까지는 무료주차이고 그 이후에는 티켓 끊어서 차에 놓아야함. 대성당 및 주변을 도보로 편하게 이동 가능. ”

"깨끗하고 조용한 숙소입니다. 무료로 아침 뷔페를 제공하기 때문에 가성비는 정말 좋습니다. 주변에 마트도 있고 카페도 있어서 편하게 지낼 수 있습니다.
다만 호텔 룸의 전화는 코드 조차 연결되어 있지 않았습니다. 4시경이었는데도 담당자가 근무시간이 아니라고 다음 날 해결해주었습니다. TV가 켜지지 않는데 전화도 되지 않아 직접 내려가서 문의하니 TV가 고장인지 리모콘이 문제인지 물어보더군요.어느 쪽 문제인지 모른다고 하니 리모콘을 가져오라고 했습니다. 이런 방식의 대응은 처음이었지만 이곳의 표준 서비스 수준일 수도 있다고 생각합니다. 높은 수준의 서비스만 기대하지 않는다면 충분히 숙박할만합니다니다."
