“The hotel was easy to get to. The guy at the front desk was helpful and pointed out a nice walking trail and good restaurants. The only problem we ran into was that they weren’t at the desk when we wanted to check-in and then he couldn’t be reached by phone. But after we came back a couple of hours later he was there. ”

Check in stops around 8pm which was an issue however since my flight was delayed and we didnt land until after 930pm. Lorenzo was so accomodating and met me there to do a late check in. He is very friendly and cordial. He seemed very genuinely interested in the guests. Helps he speaks multiple languages with all the random guests coming from the Camino.
