However, an alternative accommodation was already ready for me at one of their other locations. I was personally escorted and it was ensured that I was comfortable with the property and the last minute change. Eventuality remains a top choice for their impeccable service! "

"The Stardale Apartment was an excellent option! The property has 24 hours security so you feel very safe and parking space was easily accessed. The apartment itself was very nice and clean. The location is within minutes of popular entertainments. I would highly recommend! 10/10. "

"I got an email the day before my check in, that the property will not be ready and an alternative accommodation, which I was not interested in. I asked for a refund so i could make a new reservation. They responded that they will try to fix the problem and let me know by the day of the reservation, which made me uncomfortable. And the day of the reservation I was advised that the problem was fixed, however the apartment was not available to check in until after 5pm, as the cleaners were there....
