"Soundproof room was nice and the hotel was clean"

"This is a good quiet place to stay. It is more cost effective than staying in downtown Indianapolis. I wish there were extra blankets in the room."

"Carpet has been over-cleaned and is now sticky. One of the vanity lights was out. There was someone under the influence of drugs right outside the lobby door as we checked in. It did not feel safe."

"We have stayed here several times and have thoroughly enjoyed it every time, it’s our top pick if we can get a good rate. The staff is very friendly, Marsha is a joy to speak with and the woman who works the breakfast buffet is diligent in refilling the items. The buffet offers a variety of options. There is always fresh ice water available in the lobby (lemon or cucumber/mint infused). Our room is always neat and clean. One time we had a toilet issue and it was promptly repaired. "

"No towels in the room. A/C was so loud, the bed was literally shaking. There was a breakfast, but it needed a restock all around and there didn’t seem to be anyone there to handle it. "

"We felt that the property value was not equal to the price that was charged. The room smelled of perfume deodorizer that was used to cover other smells. One of the 2 bath towels was not clean and had stains on it."
