"We had issues contacting someone to get checked in but once we were in, the room was clean with the promised amenities. I will say the cups they provide for the tea disintegrate before you can finish your hot beverage so they might want to get some different cups or bring your own. The beds were ok in terms of comfort. "

"We arrived after check-in time late night but they were able to quickly let us self check in the room after a very long day. We were able to get some rest. Don't make the same mistake and read descriptions carefully. Im so happy they were able to accommodate us even that late at night. It's also close to many shops and restaurants. "

"DONT BOOK, this place is NOT a hotel nor a bed and breakfast. Not even the taxi driver knew of it existence. No front desk no one to greet you. This is basically an apartment on a regular building and what they did they divided the rooms inside into “private rooms”y mother is handicap and I specially asked about an elevator and they said yes there’s one, what they did not disclosed was that the elevator does NOT stop on their floor and there’s two set of stairs to go up each of 15-20 steps. ...

"Beautiful building with a balcony. It's very conveniently located, close to the train station. Perfect for visiting Cinque Terre. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. They don't offer luggage storage but they held my bags anyway. "

"The property was in a good location. It was initially hard to find as it is upstairs in a multi purpose building, but once found it was in a good location. Rooms were clean and large and comfortable. I would stay again and recomm."

"Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very different from any other hotel I have stayed in. I enjoyed it. Easy walk everywhere and very safe day or night. Walk to train or boat for Cinque Terra trips without paying the high price for hotels in the towns. I love La Spezia"
