"Had an amazing day at this property. Rose from the front desk was extremely friendly, her customer service was one of them by far one of the best that I have experienced and I have stayed in many hotels throughout the year. Definitely recommend this place someone that is flying in to the San Antonio international airport. "

"The only issue my husband and I had was the lack of housekeeping, during our stay. Housekeeping didn’t come once! When we left we had a pretty stacked pile of trash. Other than that we had o complaints. Oh except for the remote! It didn’t work!!!! We actually went out and bought a universal remote to program to our tv. "

"You can tell the property has had a renovation with modern look. Staff was nice and helpful and we enjoyed the free breakfast. We like the location and a HEB across the street was a plus.. only two bad thing was the sofa bed and Tv. The springs could be felt through the mattress and when you sat on the sofa it made an awful squeaky noise and small tv size! Sofas need updated "

"Staff was nice. Hotel was decent only complaint, they didn’t clean our room during the whole stay although they had mentioned that they would after 3 days. "

"Rooms were ok. Hall ways were very humid , and room floors were extra slippery. Not sure if cleaning liquids left them like that. Guest services were really nice when I asked for extra towels and band aids. God hotel. "
