“I reserved for 5 days and complained that the toilet seat was soooo loose it was hard to sit on. The beds were never changed. And one of the pillows were taken by housekeeping and I kept asking for it back but they never brought it! I brought my own pillow from home and they thought it was theirs! I had asked them for 3 days! They just kept saying they would get maintenance to fix toilet, and get housekeeping to come but I never saw anyone!”

“I had a big complaint, one night a had a broking window on my truck and nobody help me plus they never went to my room and told me that I had a broking window i knew when I was leaving😡that is so sad from your behalf, you need to have better security on your property I hope that can resolved the problem need to be gated all the hotel not only for few cars need to take care to the people that book in your property keep better service!!!!”

“Room was clean, pool area very dirty and beer and liquor cups were not picked up and no clean pool towels when I got out. Plates and cups everywhere around pool. I asked for a microwave for my room and the microwave was very filthy outside and inside”

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and full of options. The elevators were often available quickly even though there were many guests. Housekeeping staff was helpful and prompt.”
