"Elevator was not working, but staff was very helpful assisting us to get our bags to the 2nd floor. We were greeted daily, especially the ladies that set up breakfast and all the housekeeping staff. Not a perfect stay, but the kindness made the inconvenience well worth it."

"The stove was not working. I had food ready to cook on the stove. I waited an hour, no one showed up. I kept calling the front desk and was told 15 min, then 10 min, then 15 min again. I had to go somewhere else to finish cooking. i was told that there was no maintenance staff on duty and they had to send someone from another property and then I found out the delay was because that person was on lunch. I asked for a discount and didn't receive it"
