"The place is amazing. The only issue is the breakfast and dinner on offer. They never changed. It was the same thing over and over again. This was hard for someone like me who stayed for three days. It becomes unappetising after a while. Many guests have decided to eat out instead. A little bit of variety could have helped. This can be done well without blowing the budget, if they were adhering to a set amount. Overall, I give it a 4 instead of a 5. But had I stayed only one night, the food...

"Very nice and spacious with a walking distance to Hakata station. Things are just like what you’re seeing in the photos. The room is fully equipped with everything you would need and very suitable for a group travel. Self check in was easy. One thing to improve would be the room cleanliness as there was some dust on certain areas like…on TV, the top of microwave oven, etc. Other than that, things are superb! Highly recommend this place!"

"Nagasaki hotel less than 5 minutes walk from the train station (all undercover if raining). Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived well before check-in, so they stored our luggage, but even more, when we returned to check in, our luggage was waiting for us in our room. Decent sized room for Japan. Good work desk and wifi. Strong airconditioning. Modern bathroom. Lots of amenities like kettle, hair dryer, phone charger, etc."

"Close to many restaurants and station. Little loud at night from people at a popular ramen shop across from hotel, but it was mostly fine. Would stay again."

"This hotel had no desk clerk, but we were able to figure out how to check in and get the room lock code. The room was large by Japanese hotel room standards. It felt like a small apartment. The area had many restaurants and shopping areas close by. The laundry room had four washer/dryers that did an excellent job. They even automatically dispensed laundry detergent, so we didn’t have to go find any at a convenience store. "

"Really great capsule hotel, the semi private rooms are decently alienated. I appreciate that this capsule hotel doesn’t make you check out and check back in for every consecutive day you stay in."

"Room size is decent, I was able to lay my luggage out fully. Room is very clean, the bath needs a bit of extra cleaning. Very good price for solo travellers who needs their own space. There is a restaurant downstairs as well though I didn't get to visit in the end. Staff were all very courteous, helpful and friendly"

"Older style with modular bathrooms, mind the step! Larger rooms are comfortable smaller are very cramped ( stayed twice) . Excellent position for transport and sightseeing. Clean."

"It was my first time staying at a capsule hotel. It was more or less what I expected. The hotel is very clean and well-run, and it is reasonably priced. That said, if you are a light sleeper you might have a hard time sleeping as even small noise can be heard. If you are just there to sleep, I think it will work for you."

"Good location Friendly and professional staff Rooms were a bit old and outdated with a musty smell. They do not let you open windows. There is an air purifier but that doesn't do much to address the musty issue."

"Overall the staff were very nice except one who work on Jan 08 morning shift at 10a.m., I asked her if possible to change my room, since l got room 301 which is very dark, she repeat twice very brunt - できない! without asking why. I don't think it was the right way to client as I was not demand for a room change, I was asking her nicely - if possible or not. Other than her, rest of the staff were very helpful : )"
