“The bathroom was large and shower safe with rails.”

“The first room we were placed in had an awful smell and A/C did not work. The staff moved us to another room where the smell was tolerable at best, but the A/C at least worked. The bed was hard as a rock. It was too late for us to try and find another hotel because of plans we had that evening. When we returned, the bed was so hard that we couldn’t sleep for more than an hour without waking up in pain. Will not be booking again.”

“The room was very clean.”

“This hotel was ideal for its proximity to the convention center next door. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was decent. Our room was nothing fancy, but good enough for a 1-night stay.”

“COMPARED TO OTHER HAMPTON INN'S I'VE STAYED AT..I DIDN'T FIND THIS ONE AS NICE.........THE BEDS WERE NOT AS COMFORTABLE....THEY WERE LOUD...MY DAUGHTER AND I COULD HEAR EACH OTHER EVERYTIME WE TURNED OVER......ALSO THE BREAKFAST WAS SKIMPY..........FOUND ANOTHER ROOM THE NEXT NIGHT.”

“Great spot! The man who checked us in was genuinely nice and helpful. The room was nice and well lit with ambient lighting. The bathroom was a bit dated, but all was spotless with a large counter and a back-lit mirror great for make up.”

“The check in staff was great but the checkout staff was rude and not at all helpful.”
