"It’s a beautiful place to stay! So quiet and I was surprisingly ok without a tv. The cafe is just like a Starbucks, so for a true meal you should go elsewhere but the sandwiches were fresh and tasty. The rooms are older, more cabin like than hotel but the sheets and towels were clean. We enjoyed the stay. "

"Pretty basic place. Clean. Close to important sites. Walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf ( a bit long, but doable) in China Town. Near Cable Car stop. No daily housekeeping. I would stay again if I return to SF."

"I’ve stayed here on multiple work trips now. It’s clean, quiet, and within easy walking distance to restaurants. Nothing fancy, which makes it affordable, and nothing to complain about. "

Upon arrival the manager greeted us, was extremely friendly and gave us many good suggestions for restaurants and things to do. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. "

"Good place to stay in terms of location (so close to the ocean!) and amenities like heated pool, spa, sauna and our BIG room had a fireplace (Duraflame.) It had a great breakfast and was very quiet! Only setbacks included sporadic water pressure and dated flooring."
