"Good value for the money"

"Hotel was simple but nice. Hotels.com said that check in was 2pm, when we got to the hotel they said that check in was 3pm. 3pm is fine, but they should be clear about details on the hotels.com site. Not to close to the center of Milan, but the tram was close by and easy to get to the center."

"The Good: Clean, wifi, aircon and it’s a safe place, local supermarket is very close (Pam local), metro is very close. Clean sheets and towel and everyday. No noise from street and every one is respectful. Press button to open front door which is really good and safe. The Bad: Area is not so good but the goods outweigh this by being safe. Would I stay here again? If I am on a budget - Yes If I am on a budget - No"

"It may seem a little sketchy but I definitely recommend a stay here:)! Receptionist was very kind and SUPER helpful. We had questions about getting around Milan and he explained the metro app and how the metro lines work, which made it very easy to travel around Milan. The room itself was quite dark but it was very comfortable! Super clean room and bathroom. It is literally across the street from Milano Céntrale (2 min walk). "Stayed for one night. Very close to Milan Central Station; clean room; adequate toiletries, towels; no hair dryer; tv remote not working; thin walls; breakfast bare minimum, but no complaints; friendly staff; quick check in"

"Great location and near to the Duomo and easy access to the metro and trenord. Rooms were a bit tight for 2 people but the courteous staff more than made up for that."

"The hotel is okay but definitely not a “luxury” one. I did let them know that the shower was broken and the basin was clogged, but they took no action. Also, very inconvenient that they close check-in at 11 pm, adding a bit of stress to my trip as my flight was landing at 9:30 pm. and I just made it before 11 pm. I wish that had been made clear during the booking process, as I would have planned differently."

"Great little hotel. Really functional no frills very friendly place. Tram stops into centre on the doorstep .Breakfast above average continental . Would definitely stay again. Don’t be put off by the approach leading to it!!! Very pleasantly surprised "

"Well-located hotel and clean room; the bathroom door handle nearly came off in my hand but I'll forgive this for the great shower. Easy walk into Milan and to the metro / train station. Friendly staff at the desk, and would happily stay here again"

"I enjoyed 2 nights here. It was clean and easy to handle breakfast and check-in. Overall appearance .....needs some paint outside/inside and around windows. Back garden could have been darling if tools and ladders were put away in the shed with the doors closed. Overall it could be charming."
