"This place is infested with bedbegs. I would recommend nobody stay here. This place is a solid 1 out of 10. Please don't stay here! The staff never believed me when I showed them blood stains on the pillow. They were conceived that this place location is not infested with bedbugs. "

"Great, friendly staff. This is a very small, boutique hotel that is centrally located in a 400 year old recently renovated building. I had a couple of problems here.1. arrived at 5:30pm to find the doors locked and no one around. Had to call a local number to gain access. 2. No exterior window in the room. 3. "There are no elevators in this property, and the stairs are narrow and made of stone. Carrying a suitcase up to the second floor was a challenge, and carrying it down after my stay was a bit dangerous and no one to help. The property does make a point of stating that there is no elevator so i did know what to expect before booking a room. A very clean hostel, the cleaning staff seem to do an amazing job every day. The common areas are ideal for relaxing in after a long day/night in the heat too, very peaceful. "There is a little guest kitchen where you can cook breakfast or meals if you want to and our room had a fridge, kettle and mugs which was excellent. The water goes cold in the shower if you’re not quick though! A nice typical Maltese place to stay though. Near Buggiba and Qawra and right next to an excellent pizza place called Made In Sud and a fully stocked convenience store, 40 yards away. "
